MAFGA will change it on your behalf if requested.
After logging in from the URL below, you can change your email address by selecting "メールアドレス情報Email Address Information" from "会員情報編集Edit Member Information" on the top screen of your My Page.
It is likely that your bill payment is past due. MAFGA will call the electricity company on your behalf, and let you know how to settle the issue. Here is a normal procedure.
We will receive a code in order for you to pay at LAWSON.
You use a "multi-copy machine" at LAWSON and follow the instructions below:
①Select ‘各種番号’
②Enter your number xxxx-xxx-xxxx
③Enter確認番号(Confirmation number) xxxx
You will get a payment slip and pay at the cashier with it. Once you paid the bill, you will call Kansai Electric Power Company at 0800-777-8810 and press 9. Then tell them that you paid the bill, and the power will be back shortly.
